A state of ultimate freedom.
There we can watch ourselves from above
and finally understand and transform our lives.
Meditation's goal is not silence,
but inner vision :
Real knowledge
to deal with the world.
Meditation is the only space
where we are completely free
to feel over and over again
the joy of being who we really are,
which is eternal.

Francisco Alonso is a Berlin-based Yoga & Meditation Facilitator
with recent training in India and over two decades of research
of both Western and Eastern Philosophy.

and relaxation techniques to release energetic blockages
